From placing your deposit to welcoming your puppy home, I’ll walk you through the next steps and provide plenty of guidance to help you prepare.
Step One: Find your puppy

If you’d like a closer look before deciding, use my contact page to request a free FaceTime visit. Include the names of the puppies you’d like to see so I can prepare for our visit.
Already decided? You can place a deposit directly on your chosen puppy without contacting me first.
Step Two: Reserve your puppy
A $300 nonrefundable deposit reserves your specific puppy and is applied toward the purchase price.

Step Three: Watch for your welcome email
After you place your deposit, I’ll email you to congratulate you and provide your puppy agreement, health records, next steps, and information to help you prepare for homecoming.
Your puppy agreement must be signed and returned within 24 hours of placing your deposit. The remaining balance is due within 72 hours.
Credit cards are accepted for the deposit only. The remaining balance may be paid by Zelle or check, with all checks cleared before your puppy leaves me. Cash is also accepted at personal pickup if pickup takes place within 72 hours of placing your deposit.
If you’re using nanny transport, your puppy must be paid for in full before leaving me. Cash or checks cannot be handed to the nanny at delivery.
Step Four: Plan your puppy’s homecoming
Let me know the range of dates when you can welcome your puppy home. Puppies generally begin going home around eight weeks of age.
You may pick your puppy up at my home, or I can meet you at Nashville International Airport with your puppy ready to fly with you. There is no charge for either option. Your airfare and airline pet fees are separate.
If you need nanny transport, I’ll work on options and pricing within your preferred dates.
I include 10 days of complimentary boarding from the date you place your deposit, or from your puppy’s eight-week birthday if they’re younger. After that, boarding is $60 per night.

Step Five: Get ready with my guidance
You won’t have to figure out puppy preparation on your own. I’ll send emails packed with information and links covering food, shampoos, treats, toys, kennels, and other essentials.
That gives you time to gather supplies, prepare your home, and feel ready for your puppy’s arrival. If questions come up as you prepare, you can ask me.
