I’m Dan, the person behind Conner Creek Cavapoos in Nashville, Tennessee. This policy explains how information is handled through this website, inquiries, and the Guardian Program.
Information you provide
I collect the contact details and information you choose to submit, including your name, email, telephone number, location, and messages. Guardian interest forms also ask about breed interest, work schedules, home ownership or rental status, type of home, children’s ages, pets, and yard arrangements. Please do not include children’s names, sensitive medical information, identification numbers, or payment-card details in these forms.
How I use your information
I use your information to respond to inquiries, review suitability for the Guardian Program, discuss puppy or placement opportunities, and maintain business records. Guardian interest information may be retained for future suitable placements. Applying does not guarantee a placement. I do not publicly identify guardian families or guardian dogs.
Inquiry contact and email marketing
The required Guardian inquiry permission allows me to email, call, or personally text you about your inquiry. It does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated marketing.
Promotional emails about puppies, Guardian Program opportunities, and related updates are a separate, optional choice. You may apply without opting in. You can unsubscribe using the link in a promotional email or email me directly. Conner Creek does not currently operate a recurring SMS marketing service. If that changes, separate appropriate disclosures and consent will be provided.
To document your choices, form records include the consent wording and version, selections, submission time, and source page.
Wix and service providers
This website uses Wix for hosting, forms, contact records, and related business tools. Information submitted through forms is stored in Wix Forms and Wix Contacts and is managed by me. I am the only person managing applicant information for Conner Creek. Wix and its authorized service providers process information to support these functions. Providers may process information in locations outside your state or country under their own applicable terms and privacy notices.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights and safety.
Cookies and website activity
Wix and enabled website tools may use cookies and similar technologies for site operation, security, measurement, or advertising. Technical information can include IP address, browser and device details, and pages visited. Browser settings can limit cookies, but some site features may not work properly.
A Google Tag is connected to this site for Google measurement and advertising tools. These tools may send Google information such as the page visited, IP address, and cookie or device identifiers. Retention and security
I retain inquiry and application information as needed for the purposes described here, including future Guardian opportunities, business records, and applicable legal obligations. There is not yet a fixed Guardian inquiry retention period. You can ask me to remove your information from future-placement consideration.
Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information, but no website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
Contact me to ask about your information, request corrections or deletion, withdraw marketing permission, or stop future-placement contact. I may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business reasons. Any additional privacy rights depend on the laws that apply to you.
Children, changes, and contact
This website and its application forms are intended for adults, not children under 13. An adult should complete household information. If you believe a child submitted personal information, please contact me.
Material changes will be reflected in an updated policy and any additional notice required by applicable law.
