Step 4: Below you can place a deposit to confirm that your puppy of choice is yours. Once your deposit is received, you’ll get an email with payment details for the remaining balance and a puppy agreement to sign. Your $300 deposit holds your puppy for 72 hours, giving you time to complete the payment via check or Zelle.

*Please note: I only accept credit/debit cards for deposits. The remaining balance for your puppy can be paid in cash (accepted on pick-up), through Zelle, or by check prior to picking up your puppy.

Once your non-refundable $300 deposit is received, the remaining puppy balance must be paid in full within 72 hours of submitting your non-refundable $300 deposit.
If the remaining balance is not received by the 72 hour deadline, Conner Creek Cavapoos LLC/Dan Drago reserves the right to retain your non-refundable
deposit and may offer the puppy to another interested party.
Your deposit is non-transferable.

In the event your puppy is found to have a congenital or hereditary abnormality at their first puppy exam with Conner Creek's Board Certified Canine Specialist, you are entitled to a full refund of the listed puppy amount, including the initial deposit amount.
In this event, you may choose a different puppy of equal value that is available.
The full amount of the puppy and any transport costs is non-refundable for any other reason.

Congenital and hereditary abnormalities, as written in this agreement, does not include
underbites, umbilical hernias, cryptorchidism(undescended testicles) or abnormalities resulting from bacteria or parasites found in a fecal exam.
Regardless, you will be notified and educated on any and all abnormalities found
during your chosen puppy's first puppy exam.

The Conner Creek Puppy Health Record is sent shortly after the puppy exam is completed with Conner Creek's Board Certified Canine Specialist.

A deposit of $300.00 will hold the puppy named on this form by the depositor for 72 hours allowing for full payment to be completed. Your puppy will be available to go to its forever home after they have completed their first puppy exam with Conner Creek's Board Certified Canine Specialist.

Beginning at 9 weeks of age, boarding fees accrue at an added non-refundable expense of $60 per night.

If your chosen puppy is older than 9 weeks of age at the time of deposit, you have 10 days to

pick up your puppy from the time you placed your deposit.

After this 10 day period, boarding fees accrue at an added non-refundable expense of $60 per night.

Any boarding time must be confirmed with Dan and paid for in full before boarding.

 

Other than congenital or hereditary abnormalities as stated above,

all deposits are non-refundable, under any circumstance, for any reason, at any time.

In the event Conner Creek Cavapoos LLC/Dan Drago cancels your purchase/deposit, Conner Creek Cavapoos LLC/Dan Drago retains the right to return the deposit at the sole discretion of

Conner Creek Cavapoos LLC/Dan Drago.

​

Your deposit is considered accepted once you have received your confirmation receipt.

A confirmation receipt will be sent after deposit payment is complete.
